Refillable foam systems consist of an “A” component tank and a “B” component tank. These two components mix in the nozzle of the dispensing unit, and the resulting foam cures much more quickly than one-component foams. Handi-Foam Two-Component Refill Systems are available in a variety of sizes and densities to meet the specific needs of the project. Utilizing the patented Handi-Gun® Dispensing Unit. Handi-Foam Refill Systems are offered with a choice of 30 ft (9.1m) or 60 ft (18.3m) dispensing hoses and are ideal for large commercial/industrial applications, such as building insulation, spa manufacturing, and van conversion – just to name a few. For large projects, refill systems are often the more sensible and economical choice. Handi-Foam Two-Component Foam standard systems cure tack-free in less than 60 seconds and cures completely in 2-5 minutes. Cured foam can be trimmed, sanded and /or painted. Handi-Foam Magnum is designed for use with the Handi-Foam Two-Component Refill Systems. The Magnum has the flexibility to insulate residential construction sites and the power for use in commercial applications. The Magnum consists of the Handi-Gun® which is attached to a 50 ft (15 m) or 100 ft (30 m) heated hose. These heated hoses keep the chemicals warm generating optimum conditions for dispensing foam. No pumps or motors are required to operate the Magnum, keeping the equipment expense minimal. The Magnum hoses can be coupled up to 200 ft. (60 m) lengths.
