Existing Homes :

THIS PAGE IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION

Existing Homes have many areas that can be improved with Fomo 2 component insulations. These areas include:
• Existing Walls (closed cavities)
• Crawlspaces
• Additions
• Porches & Overhangs

Insulating Existing Walls:
Fomo's Slow Rise 2 component foam has been used for insulating existing walls, however, it is NOT something that is recommended by fomodirect.com. Slow Rise Handi-Foam has been formulated with a delayed foaming agent giving the Slow Rise formula a set time of 90 seconds. This allows Slow Rise to be used as a "Pour In Place" Foam. When Slow Rise is sprayed into a closed cavity such as a wall, gravity pulls the liquid foam to the bottom where it then begins to gently expand. Extreme caution must be used if you plan on using slow rise form for this purpose as you can easily destroy the existing drywall. For more information, please call and speak with a FomoDirect technical specialist.
